I also landed a model role as Perry's young mother in Caopte which Dennis Seymour Hoffman won best leading actor. I done a few local fashion show here in Winnipeg Manitoba. I have been an extra in a few local independent films as well, I have been taking modeling and some acting workshops when ever I get a chance.well I have competed in top native model and had a great experience learning the runway.

My passion for salsa dancing led me to be scouted at a night club by a music artist who asked me to be the main lead girl in his music video
I gladly accepted this very well paid job where I got to work with a renowned videographer, who films most of the reggae ton videos in Puerto Rico.
I also got to do a photo shoot with him once we were done shooting the video. It was an extremely fun experience that landed me several modeling gigs since then.

I have no previous acting experience, and I went on my very first casting call, about a month ago, for a upcoming short film here in Michigan. The movie is called Green Harvest, and I received a small role in it, waiting to still do my roles shooting.
Also I went on my 2nd casting call, for another short film here in Michigan, The movie is called Respect For The Dead, and I was cast as an extra, for the beach scene. Shooting starts in July sometime, still waiting for all my details from the director.

GREAT NEWS. Signed contract to do 4th lead in major studio remake of old Sean Connery western "Shalako" 7 month shoot in Arizona.
Contract prevents me from revealing names of stars, but you have definitely seen them on the big screen many times. Great part and great $$$$$$.

Thanks to this site, I landed the 4th lead in a major studio release and with a paycheck of $750,000. I am now getting so many calls that I have had to change phone numbers.
I also got 4 TV commercials and 2 short films. I am getting many calls from casting directors.

Growing up I would have never expected to be become a model. I dreamed of it but never thought I could actually get somewhere and I'm hoping I will. I am one dedicated woman. People say I have the girl next door look but with my butt I say I'm the next Vida Guerra lol. I was always the white girl with the big butt when I was little! Actually, I had a low self esteem growing up but as I realized I was just being envyed and found ways to beautify myself, I grew more confident than ever. I have done shoots for Ashaman productions which has gotten me the gig at The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casinos Boxing Match as a Ring Card Girl. I feel so famous when people actually come up to me and tell me they saw me at the boxing match! I have taken photos at Studio One in Plantation, FL which used my photos as displays nationally! I have done shoots for friends and was in a music video for an upcoming rap artist. I was chosen to be in Viva La Bam's Spring Break Bash in 2005. I tried out for the Florida Marlin Mermaids dance team but unfortunately didn't make it but was chosen for a production team and was able to go to castings and try to get more exposure. I am working my way up to more exposure actually. I feel in my heart that I wont grow into a Nurse like I was planning to but I'm in college obtaining that degree but getting as much exposure and seeking more modeling opportunities and experiences at this point. I actually started looking into acting when I started working at Wannado City in Plantation, FL. I catch on very quickly and I know every script in every venue in the whole theme park! Give me a chance. I am a hard working and dedicated woman! I feel in my heart that I will make it in Hollywood!

I recently landed "extra" and featured roles on shows like "House" "Desperate Housewives", "Brothers and Sisters", "October Road", "Cane", "Grey's Anatomy","Women's Murder Club" and Telemundo's "Detective Privado" just to name a few.
I've done a lot of spokesmodel as well! I was a Buick Girl in the Tiger Woods Invitational last year and a L'Oreal spokesmodel to name just a few.
That was just last year so I am looking forward in great anticipation for the upcoming year!!!

Well I recieved a call from a gentleman who was directing a play call To Kill a Mockingbird run by a community theatre called Pontiac Theatre 4. He said to me he was looking for a black male to audition for the role of Tom Robinson who in the play, was falsely accussed of rape. I was recommended to him by a director, who I worked with in the past. I said I would love to auditon for the part. I went to audition for the role and the director called me that same night saying that he and his staff would like to offer me the powerful role of Tom Robinson. They were going to audition more people for the part but in his words said: "The minute we saw you audition, we knew you were the one we were looking for!" so I took the part gracefully.

I have been working hard in film, print, tv and across the nation in film shoots with some of the best photographers such as Rich Markese and Voltaire.
Look for me, Katrina Amber, in Tony Parker's newest French rap Music video " Balance' Toi" Starring Tony Parker of the San antonio Spurs and Eva Longoria from Desperate Housewives. You can see me standing in the club line and dancing in a variety of mini shots throughout the music video.
If you look real close you can also see me in the beginning of episode 19 (the club scene) of "Friday Night Lights" I am wearing the white with black polka dots headband and dancing my heart out... I have been voted San Antonio's Top Bachlorette 2007 and there will be a cover and feature story about me in the San Antonio Study Breaks magazine. Should be coming out in the May edition! Keep watching for me as I am sure there is much more to come...
